The Perfect Pushup ****Workout Stuff*****

Want to stay frosty? Have good upper body strength? Regular ole pushups work and work great. I do them daily as part of my PT regime.

I called him ghey initially because he bought a TV gimmick. Whats next? ShamWow? I tried them that day per the planned workout that comes with them....they freaking laid waste to my tri's, chest and shoulders. I was sore and sniveling for a few days. They are easy by no means. I can tell a difference in my chesticles..... I thought I would throw it out there if anyone may be interested, they do seem to work and improve your pushup capability, $20 at Wallyworld.
