The short story, I still can't jump to save my life, but they say train your weakness and race your strenghts.

I was 3rd into the first turn, in the first moto, and 2nd out of the second turn, The guy in first was a much better jumper than me, and roosted me all the way to the table , before the step up which he cleared. I didn't like geting roosted, so I passed him in the next turn, and kept my lead to the finish.

In the second moto I rode much more aggresivly, and led the race start to finish.

Looks like its time to move up.

Yaaaa the laps times have 40 beg written all over it. I didn't even notice that was you looking at the laps times til I came here. Sorry, but good job. So there giving out placks instead of trophies now.

Besides the first lap, did you hit the big step up in the back? Cause the times seem to show the first five or six guys makin it.

My wife wanted the plack. On Saturday I was clearing all but the step up and the 2 bigger tables. On Sunday I only cleared the smaller jumps.

My wife said, 4 guys were landing on the top of the step up.

I had lots of fun, but would have had more fun if some brothers from Banned CR 500 riders would have raced also. Thanks for your advice.

I don't think so. I want to practice at some jumpy tracks, and race the next Vetx at Paris. I also want to go to MX. school.

Milestone. Just off the intersection of the 60 and the 215/91. Takes about an hour from SC so for you it would be 20 minutes (?) more.

Fixed it.

The guy Fractured Vet/ Steve who takes the Vet X pics and others maybe checking out of the hospital as I type this. At 4:54 in the video thats him on the side. 2 CT scans and a MRI. His first bike.... what else, a CR500 friends talked him into it years ago.
