My 500 sits for 7-8 months a year,I just recently fixed a Polaris 550 sled that has been sitting well over a year,I've worked on alot of old crusty sleds since I've been up north and ain't never seen no shit like that,look on the bright side though,if its been sitting that long then maybe its a low hr engine,I would say more like 5yrs then 1,I wonder what the engine looks like on the inside though?

i've seen race gas do that in a year, but its usually eaten some aluminum too

is that a seca II? i used to ride one of those to work years ago. pretty dependable, but under-powered. sweet deal for 2 bills!

Yup, it's a 96 with 8k miles to boot. It's damn near perfect.
