my grandfather was 32nd* scottish rite, my uncle is a master mason and I am petitioning silver cord 51 unfortunaley, you are only guaranteed in if your father was in and my dad never wanted to be a part of it.
they have that neat washinton pic on the wall at the lodge too
the freemasons give more to charity every year than the whole catholic church. one of their chilrens hospitals actually save one of my co-workers grandchildren free of charge.
