I've had two kids and won't be having anymore but if I did, I would still choose the hospital. I would feel wrong about getting sexual gratification as a result of a child, let alone my own child.
I do however say "to each her own" when it comes to childbirth. I had 15 people in the delivery room and that made it easier for me. If orgasm makes it easier for them, so be it.
