Was on the lookout for them quite a bit in the old days

If you ever watched Chips growing up like I did, this was a no brainer.

The KZ1000's they rode on the show seemed pretty cool to a kid back then.

I watched it. But I was more of a "Emergency" or later known as Squad 51

Kinda kid.

I think? Same time as Adam 12

My dad would always get pissed and say

Can't we watch something that doesn't have sirens screaming on it?

I think there was 3 version of that car,the Dodge Monaco, the Plymouth Fury and Chrysler Belvedere. All built on the same chassis.
Anyone remember the show Houston Knights or Riptide? Those were classics as well as Hardcastle&McCormick and Simon&Simon.
Great post. Roscoe P. Coltrain and Flash totaled a number of those cars.
Should have let the dog drive  !
