Been lurking for a week or so, and this site is full of good info. I just got a 2000 cr250r roller after selling my third 450. I always wanted a 500af and now I'm gonna build my own as the funds allow. I go By trever on all other boards but I screwd up my email when I first registered as trever. Had to register as revert if a admin could change it to trever that would be great. I work on heavy equipment (caterpillars) but works been slow. I ride Dovesprings and glamis mostly, We hit ocotillo, superstition, stoddard, johnson, and dumont sometimes too. Gonna get married soon and we have a 2 month old son named Jackson.

Bought a 04 yz 450 loved the motor but it didn't handle like my friends crf450. Bought a 05 crf450 bike was awesome for about three months, then it started falling apart. 2 valve jobs, a clutch, a waterpump etc in the first year
I Got tired of it and when the 06 yz came out I picked one up. I rode it for 2 years without any problems but had to sell it to pay off some med bills I had. Back then I had more money than time I was working 70 hours a week, and could afford a new bike every year.

We all rode out to the Cabin, one snowy day..... going out was a no brainer, coming back is a different story...

Welcome! Jackson is adorable!!!
A CR500 is a thing of beauty whatever the frame is made of, but me, I'd rather ride a hoon!
