There once was a 97CR500

My First week with it. New Top End and alot of scrubbing.

I Got it allllll cleaned up and good to go.

But that just wasnt enough.. :P took her all apart again to do some more cosmetic work and find more problems ugg.

my buddy ken hookin it up in the paint booth. with some nice PPG Fleet paint in matte black :D

All back together with the new pro circuit pipe which didnt last a trip before i sold it and put the gnarly back on.

Got one ride on her before i found trouble! Hmm overheating and fat jetting and SHITLOADS of metal shavings in the gear oil hmmm... what does that tell you!!

Big thanks to mike at Teem Trubble for taking care of me on the parts i needed. IT was greatly appreciated bud. :D

And then the final re-assembly.

As soon as i get me a new black tank from MFDB ( right after i get back from traveling from work over the holidays ) I will get to put these on FINALLY!

Looks good! So are you done yet? I am so damn close myself but am waiting on a couple of really small things.
