97 hillclimber build

This was my 1st cr500 so I just couldn’t keep my hands off of it I was always doing something with it now its just about tricked out

after I got the swingarm done

took it apart and had the frame powder coated and all the aluminum polishished including the motor

Thats nice. Did you send everything out for polish or do it your self? Looks good.

I sent it out I had 2 bike done at the same time $1600 for both

This has been built for some time
I think we have 10 cr500s and 1 in the making

Those footpegs are soooo gay! I love mine.

Bike looks great, will put together a page of my build once I get home from Afghanistan!
