I would give MFDB a call at thumpertalk first..

866-6-shoptt or direct 702-940-7899 either matt or mfdb will be able to take care of you.. if it can be done they can do it

or there is always mike @ TT he can get all that stuff as well usually from the same distributors.. whichever way you want to go.. you cant go wrong with either vendor.
