ya my procedure involved me bringing my radiators into 'capitol motorsports' and having their 'rad guy' fix my completely squashed rads...he did a fuccin super sweet job on them but it costed me upwards of 70$ i think. I don't know the secret but it doesnt' look easy. i wouldn't want to squash it even worse and then have a leak and have to buy new rads....

ol' dewayne mounts them to a bike, then uses a rod stuck through the outside hiles and against the bolt heads to get it square.

k, thanks guys.
they arent twisted, but the lh is down 3/8" or so and is squished in 1/8" to 1/4", wasnt sure about heat, on the frame or make a jig.
i'm going to use braces on them after, or i wouldnt even try to get 'em square. If it dont work i'll plunder the mint ones from the other bike.

That method will work providing your rad looks like a parallelogram. Does a pretty decent job at that!

JFYI new rads are under $150 on bikebandit.com

I had one straightened recently. Paid $73 with tax. It looks okay and works fine, but it isn't perfect. If your rad on the other side is perfect, I'd spring for a brand new one and some Flatland guards.
