Hawaii's Mud Lane.....

I played hookey today and went riding with some buddies. We hit "Mud Lane" (It's real name actually) and had the most difficult riding day in a LOOONG time. We decided to try a woods section through the tight eucalyptus trees being farmed in leu of sugar cane. It was an awesome loop with every type of terrain and traction imagionable. We took just about 2 hours to go 8 miles (plenty of breaks and talking story) but we were EXHAUSTED by the end of the loop. We had to go over huge fallen trees and even under one.
It was epic....well, until I looped the Widowmaker (my gen1) and bent the subframe all the hell. I blame the FMF Q muffler for the bending. It's WAY too long and should be quieter than it is.
Anyway, another absolutely spectacular day in paradise! Wish you were here.
