I considered him even though I thought he was out there on some subjects. His district he represents is only a few miles down the road from me.

What is he out there on? sounds to me like you have been propagandized by our Stalinist press and fell for it.

In no way did the press influence my vote. I voted against Obama by voting for the one person I thought had any chance of defeating him; that was the only influence on my vote. Yes, RP is out there on some subjects. I watched one of the debates where he advocated an immediate withdrawal from Iraq which IMO wouldn't be the best exit strategy considering how much we invested into it. Again, that's my opinion. If you don't like it, you can go pound sand.

Ron Paul - the individual - has more than a little political baggage, but his principles are sound:

• Limited government power
• A balanced budget
• Personal liberty
• Strict adherence to the Constitution
• Sound money
• A strong defense while avoiding all undeclared wars
• No nation-building and no policing the world

You voted for Mcain? that is just like voting for Obama,they are both bought and paid for by the Stalinist. Go read some Pravda why don't you. :(
