I love being in the Corp I got monday and tuesday off(its tuesday night here) and I get friday off for the Marine corp birthday. Its the tenth but the balls friday. I get a paid day to go eat and drink my face off.

Today's a paid holiday for us. So I decided to take Monday as well and make a 4day out of it. Got some good riding in yesterday...

i took the day to do some hunting yesterday, of course held the peace for a couple of hours.
Did the 6" pumpkin shoot at 1000yards, and then only clipped enough of a huge buck at 600 that it buggered off into a canyon and i couldnt find it. Did get an "eater" yesterday tho and filled my tag. One more left to fill, thismorning i took a peek out the kitchen window to see if my lawn deer were laying about, and TA-DA! there was 8 big does waiting for the freezer. My lil guy is 2.5yrs old and i asked him if we should chase the deer off the lane with the truck, he told me "no, shoot them, and eat them!" i'm going to have to watchout with that one.
