So , the election is over.... now what?

We have a intelegent black dude for President... how does that effect me?

1. Young blacks have a role model that dosent rap, play sports, do gangster type shit, or sell drugs to be a role model.

2. We dont have Mcain in office and worry about him stroking out, going cenile, or worse.

3. If Obama fucks up , we'll never have another Black Prez. He can never F-up worse than Bush has tho....

4. This is a huge wake up call for the Republicians... worse than losing the top office, is all the house seats.... again ...thank Bush for that one. The Republicans need to regather their thoughts, get rid of the corruption and spending , and return their roots of limited Gov.

5. Its 4 years..... I can stomach 4 years if the Republican Party learns from it, and is stronger for the rest of my time on earth.

6. Obamo may surprizee us all, and do something positive.

great points Bob. The Dems did not get 60 in the house thank goodness. we all have to sigh relief about that. there has to be checks and balances for the system to work.

Sorry i stirred things up with my girlfriends post. she was reading over my shoulder, and rather than hear about it, i just let her type.

Good post Bob! I have to agree in every respect and honestly was not surprised he won; lets see what the guy can do for us before we judge him too harshly.

I know you really mean this Jay, I feel the same way.

The difference between us and the Libs is we want all our Presidents to succeed were as the Libs want their opponents to fail.
The amount of vitriol on the other side is mind boggling.

So who do you think has the vision and leaderships skills to bridge the gap between social conservatives and the libertarians to build a Republican coalition that might have any chance of winning back power?

" Thats against the law... But thats o.k.!!!!"

Omama is going to take from me in taxes in 4 years, what Ron Jones makes in a lifetime...
