Who's running a carbon Barnett clucth?. I'm am wondering what the oil looks like, my main concern is the effect of carbon particals on the tranny bearings. So whats the skinny?

Ive had one for 3 years... still looks perfect.. and I hammer that thing.

I had the same concerns..... not an issue yet.

I change the oil about every 3rd ride.

Oils cheap, tranny bearings are not.

Get that clutch!! You'll love it!!

Oh, yea.... The oil looks a little darker than when it went in.... but its not too bad.

I hav that clutch, love it. I change the oil after every ride unless it's a short ride out the back door. And speaking of oil, I used the red Honda 90 wt. so called tranny oil. Works great, but pricey, so went to using standard Cheveron 10-30 wt. and it works great too.

Are the carbon friction pads smaller in area then the kevlar ones? I can't remember who I read this from but I thought maybe it was AB who said he uses lighter weight springs to compensate. So the clutch pull is awsome! Am I tracking or hopelessly lost?
