Low Compression

Well I just recently got the motor back in the bike after a broken piston. Had it bored .25 over and I dont think they did a good job, the end gap was .019 (.021 is service limit) and just about a couple hours ago I decided to do a compression test. It could only muster about 110psi, (Matco comp) and I know thats low. Could it be anything else but cylinder/piston? Should I just send the jug to GSS and have him bore it over .50?

If it runs good stick with it, my AF has shitty ass compression and still runs tits.

Yeah I was thinking about just running it. I mean it still seems to run good but could it be anything else, pipe, etc? Also I noticed that the radiators seem to get pretty warm compared to my cr250. This was the same case in the other frame but now I have different radiators, so it cant be them. The waterpump seemed fine and rads look good too.

stock motors are pretty low compression to begin with. your rings didnt seal good it sounds like. i would just run it. did you torque the head correctly and the gasket sealed good ?
my YZ465 with 21 year old piston had 105psi and still ran good for being that old. although it was alittle low compression

She seems to run good, but how hot should the rads get? I mean my 250 seems to run much cooler than the 500. Is it common for 500's to run warmer?
