Hey Mike and Mike. It was good to meet you guys. Our ride was cut short do to a knuckle head with a small tank that ran out out gas. We never made it to deep creek.
Looking foward to riding with you guys real soon. Have some secret trails to show you guys.
I will keep in touch, untill then, keep safe and will talk to you in a few weeks. DAVE 714 392-3389

Hey whats the riding like up there? Green Sticker OK? Sparky necessary? And do you have to have an adventure pass? Been wanting to go up there for quite some time now. I am close and that'd be cool to ride some more non-desert like trails...legally.
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...

Los Flores Rd.? Thats the backside to Honda Valley which, I understand is still a bust.

Hell from the sounds of it you guys could ride to Steiners ranch easy.

Hmmm... I'd like to check that out someday, but need a little more time.

I don't know about Los Flores road.
Miller Canyon is the Western most staging area that connects the Pinnacles, Crab Flats etc.
It's off hwy 138 past Lake Silverwood.

This is a map of the area. The staging is not shown.
It is not 5th wheel friiendly.

Hoof, The riding is a mix of single track, quad track and jeep trails. Mostly 3rd gear technical and semi technical stuff. Rocks everywhere. Stream crossings. Right now there pretty dry, it's dusty and soft in some areas. After the snow and rains the streams will fill and the dust will settle.

There are go fast areas but it is two way traffic. Need to be careful of the 4 wheelers.
