WTB: 93+ CR 500 engine

Hey guys, looking for a 2nd engine to rebuild for my AF. Once that is done and in my chassis I will rebuild and use my 94 for another build!
Looking for something 93 and newer, prefer low hours, no mods and nothing broken or cracked!
If any one has one that they are willing to sell let me know, why it may be a sellers market on these babies; be realistic with your price. Have cash and am willing to deal for the right engine! $1000 and $1300 depending on the prize; might even go as high as $1500 for a 2000-01...

i would search craigslist for a complete bike thats been sitting in a barn for 5 or 6 years. alot of times in these situations you will pay less for the whole bike than just a motor on ebay because the bike fouled a plug or the coil took a shit and the owner has no clue what the problem is and its beyond his mechanical ability to find the problem so he just wants it out of his garage

I just last week missed by one day a 1990 with new FMF combo and rebuilt suspension for $1200.00 on craigs list

I saw that one it was pretty clean for 1990. My supervisor called on it too but it was already gone.

No doubt, could have sold the suspension and pipe combo for half that and parted the chassis and ended up with a $200 motor... Sucks to miss those deals
