Hi, does anyone know where I can get a graphics kit for a 1991 CR500R? I found the AMRracing site, but reviews of their customer sat have been low. Also found XGX, but I'm not really into their stuff. Any help would be much appreciated.

where did you find reviews on their stuff? Only bad things i have heard was the cost of the graphics. I havent heard of any peeling falling off so on and so forth.. Aside from amrracing there is xgx but i dont know if they will do steely 500's, you can check with mike at TeemTrubble he seems to have a source for graphics. Other than that your stuck with only 1 aftermarket company that does graphics kits for them and i cant remember who right off the top of my head.

I have AMR graphics on one of my bikes, they are incredible stickers. No regular graphics, including stock come close to the quality. EXTREMELY thick and tough plastic and the glue is formidable. Near impossible to scratch them, and drilled for the tank for breathing instead of bubbling. I HIGHLY recommend them over any other graphics.

OK, thanks for the info. I just read a few reviews about AMR and their customer sat. I dont remember where I read them, but all three were in regards to taking forever to ship and not being responsive to emails. They also do business under 3 names, so I was a little warry about that. One of their names has a bad rep with the BBB in Vegas. I may give them a try, as I dont like the stuff from XGX. Thanks again

not 500 or AF related (sorry mick

)
but i've run the AMR bomber graphics on a few Junior R bikes,
very nice and durable.
when contactewd, they also added a SH logo and some other special things in quick time..
very good customer service.
a thumbs up here.

In the past they had 2 store fronts for stickers, pit bikes, maintenance so on and so forth.. One store was completely cleaned out by pro's down to cutting all utilities and robbing the joint. They never really recovered. Since then they have closed down both store fronts and moved it into a warehouse where they do Solely stickers and other little tidbits like the coils and cdi's. During the move and reconstruction of the company yes there were issues with communication due to the lack of employees and just generally busy with tryign to get things re-organized. Now that they have completely re-established themselves. Wade has 4 or 5 graphic artists, one shipping guy, one printing guy, and of course the 2 head guys running the place. They now have plenty of people to cover everything in a timely manner. With him being a good friend of mine and my landlord i kinda stick up for him

Yeah, I just realized that I posted this in the AF section. If one of the moderators wants to move it, thats fine with me.
