Yep, somewhere in the bottom 2 tiers of counties...
There was talk of giving the bottom 2 tiers to Missouri as it would raise the IQ of both states.
haha, actually in the Iowa town I live in (Knoxville) there is a guy why rides his mower all over town with a trailer... BUT I've never seen him with a passenger.

This was actually from Kansas I think. But you guys were close. haha At least it wasn't Ky for this one. I do know a guy that I went to High School with that got a DUI on a Horse. He tried to go through McDonalds Drive through on it and then they got him when he fell off it at Walmart. Woke up his parents at 3 am to bring a trailer and get his horse.
