seems like i remeber reading straight plug is better than angle plug but cant remeber why. anybody know specific information about this ?

cool. i have straight plug head im going to use but couldnt remeber the specifics of why angle plug was diferent than a straight one, i read about it before but cant find the info now

honda would have used straight plug hadent it been for clearance issues. what kind of difference it would make is what im wondering

I'm somewhat curious about it too. One of my 500 motors has a straight plug, the other is angled.

The angled plugs are for hillclimbing 
The regular straight plugs would foul out because of riding on an incline

Angle plugs are better IF you index them properly. The open end of the electrode should face the top of the piston. This is done to "unshroud" the spark and leave it more open facing the fuel/air charge to help achieve complete burn. If you have a properly tuned motor and you take the head off you will see carbon tracks showing you flame front travel and this will help you understand the theory.
If you want to try it, take a sharpie and put a mark on the "socket" area of the plug in the same area as the electrode and preferably use a fresh crush washer. Then just SAFELY tighten the plug till the mark on the plug corresponds properly to the top of the piston.
Then report back here and tell me how it made a HUGE noticeable difference and made you fast enough to smoke "The Stoffers"...
