the dude filming was rushing me... i just fired it up and didnt have time to clean it out. half way up the hill it cleans out :lol:

Geez, I was scared for you on both vids! :shock: That long swingarm looks like it makes the bike handle way different than stock, be carefull dood. :o

it looks like you mite want to shorten that swingarm alittle just so it will pull the front tire up if you pull on the bars alittle
you may want to play with it , the shorter the arm the more traction you will get

no im leaving that swingarm like that. theres near vertical hills around here. i might not make the top but im going to try :twisted:

any local guys want to come up for a day ride ? theres some badass hills around here. extension and paddle recomended :wink: :lol: . this is the hill from the first of the two vids i posted. ill see if i can get more hill photos today or tomorow

i cant right now. my garage/storage unit doesnt have electric outlets. i need power for a grinder to modify the chain guide to slide forward, and i need grinder to cut the chain :cry:

Ever tried a hammer and punch? You can bust any chain made with a big enough hammer. A grinder common man, then you just killed that link too.

I use the grinder and air hammer method.

Chain break 101;

Open vise so pins fit the gap.
Use a box or whatever to support the rest of chain.
2 lb hammer using the flat side, back end of punch to get the pin flat.
Then punch or air hammer/rivet gun with punch MADE to fit said gun.

hammer and punch aint busting RK-exw, not before next christmas anyway :roll: . thats why i use grinder :wink:

Pff give me a try! I have busted 160 roller with a hammer and punch. No thats not a typo 160 roller chain with links as long as your hand is wide.
