Hey fellas, still have my 01 cr500. I have been a member on cr500riders.com for a long time. Short time as far as the universe goes. I don't post much and leave all that to the experts. Name on the un-banned (is that a word??) website is the same. Am taking the old girl to the dunes the week of Halloween Mon, Tues, Wed, and home Thurs morning. Also going for Thanksgiving. We do Buttercup. Glamis is cool but to many buggies. Hope all the guys are doing well. On a positive note I got a friend of mine to buy a kx 250. Not a 500 but at least a 2-stroke and the responsibility that goes with owning a 2-stroke. Take care, Bart.
