Question for anybody that's been to Evan's, what are your thoughts on jetting. I am currently jetted for approximately 2500 feet on both my CR500 and my son's TRX90. In previous years I have re-jetted for the Kennedy Meadows. Any experience with Evans???

Right now my 10 yr old son(moderate rider on his TRX90 quad) and I plan to leave first thing Friday morning and expect to be there by around noon. Hopefully Jim will come with us too. When are other people expected? Is there a particular camp to look for? We have atleast 1 night and maybe 2 nights worth of fire wood. Certainly looking forward to meeting some new people.

I cannot make the full trip and out on Friday and back some time Sunday night works better. I am open-minded about who provides the transport. I have a 4x4 Tundra and would be camping. Does this work for you?

Hey Mike
I wont know if I am going until I get back from my trip which is on the 25th. This only gives me three days to get my shit together so time is tight. I will know by the 27th if I am going. If you make other arrangements thats fine. I will contact you by the 27th. L8R Mark

What are the temperatures (high/low) like in Evans Flat this time of year?

When are people expecting to arrive at the campground?

My son, Riley, and I are leaving the Pasadena area at approx. 5:00am Friday morning. We expect to be in Evans Flat around 10:00am. We are in a Red F250 with a 23' toyhauler. My trailer keeps blowing tires, so if you see us on the side of the road changing a tire, honk.

Looking forward to this ride. First of the season.

The toy hauler is a 2004 with the original stock Carlisle radials that keep blowing out. I don't know if Carlisle makes tires that don't last very long or what. They are not wearing out, but blowing out. I think I have replaced everyone of the original tires and for the last 2 have switched to Goodyears. Hopefully, there won't be a problem. Keep the fingers crossed.
