Airbox

The boot on my 01 cr250 frame that I used for the conversion is about 3/4" lower than the carb. Will the boot from a CR 500 bolt up to the airbox and work or do I have to get creative. Thanks, Jason.

Check out the third page of my build, I used a 01 CR250 boot on my CRF450 airbox; it too sat about 3/4" low. I think the same mod would work for you and only cost the amount of the plate, bolts and sealant; plus keep your stock air filter and cage.
