:woot: I'm stoked over a 2-2 trophy today. More in my class than I thought. (7) Had A great day today. I dunno, a combination of a few things, fresh top end with no air leck, new tires, rasied the sag a tad more, enough sleep, well hydrated, spent an hour the evening before walking the track and watching a fast guy on it. He took a trip to the hospital in his 2nd moto. (Add rule 57, DO NOT Practice at least two days before a race.)
First moto get a good start but the guy I want to beat gets a jump on me so I follow him in to the turn. They took out the rythum section since last time and put a good sized hump there, COOL, a place to use the motor and powered through the sweaper into a hair pin (just before the below pic) and picked off two and was in the lead until one passed me a couple of laps later.
Second moto I get throttle happy and had to hit the brakes hard into the first turn, killed the motor, next thing I know MotoDiva and I are banging bars, luckily neither of us went down, and got the motor running soon enough cause its a third gear corner. Best day I've had at Racetown.

I also used the rule about shorter/thiner socks for hot days. That did help.

This was the muddiest corner out there. and the way people stacked up in the one liner there, outside I went.
