Cobra Sparky bad customer service

I ordered a Cobra Sparky brand spark arrestor and it was the wrong shape. I have a pro circuit oval muffler, and ordered a unit for the pro circuit, only I received a round sparky. The newer pro circuits are round, mine is an older 304. Anyway the company I ordered it from was very nice and gave me the phone number for the Cobra company in socal. A guy named Mike answered and was very rude and offered zero help. I just wanted to have him tell me what unit I could order that would be oval and angled. He refused to find out, and gave me several excusses as to why "I need to do my homework" and "they are to busy to help me find the right one". Anyway, I just wanted to post up about the bad service from the Cobra Sparky company. I might write them a letter mentioning the Mike guy, what a goon. On a good note, I did find what will work, thank goodness for the internet.
