Are we talking about the stock Honda bushings or the kit centering bushings?

The kit centering, I am building an AF using a 1999 CR250 frame.

I have them now, and the remaining parts of the kit minus the cooling hose splitter will be done Tuesday. What else do you need?

swingarm bushings and better headstay

Who did those CAD drawings, and are you using a CAD/CAM machine for these parts?

by ShanMan
That would be me. I am a design engineer by profession, so doing this stuff is right in my wheel house. I did the work you see here in SolidWorks, but I have worked with Pro Engineer, CATIA V5 and even old-school AutoCad.

I will be releasing prices for the kits on Tuesday when I get the rest of the parts from my CNC machinist.

hey shan, can you tell me how tall that coolant hose adapter is? I might want 1 or 2

Pleae define "tall" Danny. Thanks.

how far above the head would it be if the nozzles were touching. so the length of the nozzles that go to the head plus the rest of the thing. damn it, I'm still not making any sense, am I?

Danny, this setup works best if you run hose from the head fittings out the left side and into the splitter. Then it's more or less a straight shot from the splitter to the rad. Easy peasey!!!

well, I ask, because I was thinking about using something like that for my gen-4

Looks fun to weld between those fittings. Getting more complex and expensive. Is there enough meat to do a bolt down o-ring system.

Yes it was! I tried 5 or 6 different idea's this was the best so far.

ya mike, those do coem out really nice, but I want to use hoses, so I can do a motor swap with ease.

there is no way I would ever weld that stuff. It is begging to be vacuum brazed...that way you are guarenteed a water tight joint and there is no possibility for warping. Just my .0199 worth.

I totally agree Shan so I sent one out for dip braze as well.
