Clucth Cover

Post by honda02 »

I found out the outside Clucth cover for a CR250 has the Same Part Number as the CR500.

On Flee bay as a rule of thumb alot CR250 parts are cheeper than the Cr500 parts and they are interchangable.

I had a 2000 LH main case crack so I bought a junk motor of ebay for the case. The area where the front motor mount is located was not as strongly built as the newer one. I bought a 92. I had to have it welded as it had cracked around the boss a bit. The newer improved one was reinforced better.

Correct, but that's more than 100$ more than you can buy the same part at mrcycles.com for.
Look it up to fit a 2001 cr500. Order it for 148$
