When did that happen?

Tom White sold the company years ago, and it was bought up by a bigger outfit. Lots of brands don't survive a merger or acquisition and the following "consolidation". Blame the bean counters and the marketing wonks.

I thought Vance and Hines bought them out within the last year or two? Recently, I lost the ring that retains the spark arrestor on my E2 slip-on silencer for my XR650L and went looking for one. Thought I was going to have to buy another whole slip-on just to get another ring but found a guy who used to work for WB and has bought a good bit of their old inventory. He sold me a replacement still in the original packaging. If you need any WB parts, try sending an email to Gtvideoinc@aol.com explaining what you are looking for. He said he was going to put together a list of what's available when he gets a chance.

One is Burley and the other is Vance and Hines.
I read elsewhere QTM is now the official Talon distributer for the US, taking over from White Bros.

I remember things changing there a few years back, that's probably when it was sold.
