I went out to the little dunes here in town with a buddy yesterday, I burnt through almost and full tank of gas and a fair bit of nitrous then the bike started missing, it blubbered for roughly 20 seconds the died.

Still has tons of compression but wont fire for shit, it almost feels electrical.

I havent pulled it to pieces yet but im figuring its either melted the plug, broke the reeds or a wire shorted or disconnected.

Getting towed in sand in 100 + weather sux donkey nuts

Nope :?

I pulled the stator to swap it out for a good one and noticed the crankseal is at a weird angle, im gonna swap it and then try the good stator.

I had a seal in the bottom of my tool box so I went ahead and swapped it to be on the safe side.

Thats one good think about parting out a couple of 500s, you tend to amass parts

I really dont think its down to jetting, the motor has always run clean and I was pretty much balls to the wall WOT when it took a dump.

Im thinking the stator took a dump due to the temp, then when it cooled down sparked again.

Ill get her back together this week and see if its back to normal :D

Found out today my nitrous solenoid wont open at anything over 850 psi even when direct wired to a 13.2v battery, that explains the fouled plug
