Dallas played like crap, and Detroit made it look easy scoring numerous short handed goals.Pittsburgh will have there hands full. I predict a seven game series with the Penguins brining home the cup.

If Detroit,Mainly Zetterburg/Datsyuk/Osgood come back to life like they were in the first 2 rounds then it will be a good series,if they don't wake up then Crosby and the boys will have there way with them,IMO Detroit played rather shitty against Dallas and if it was any other team besides Dallas who since their last cup always seem to be a few good players short of a cup run,Detroit would be watching the finals instead of playing,I wonder if the wings will have Franzen back, that was a big loss for them when he got injured.

CAN U SAY...............................................

NO NO

As in, is Crosby and the boys gonna score a goal in this series

Think we know whos gettin the Conn Smythe

And he just past,er, uh, Hall of Famer Terry Sawchuck for most playoff wins by a Wings net minder.

It might go 5

CAN U SAY...........................................NO NO!

Yeah Detroit is looking like they are going to take it unless Pit get's a fire lit under it's ass and wakes up.

Ok, I'm on my way down to the Joe, hopefully the seasons gonna end tonight

Chris Osgood is my odds on favorite to win the Conn Smythe.

I'll be the hippie 4 rows directly behind the penalty box. The benefits of being a season ticket holder :D

If all works out, this will be the 2nd time that I've been in the building for the cup presentation

Shit that was a close one last night,Detroit had them, couldn't finish it off though eh,Pittsburgh looked like a beer league team most of that game with the exception of Fleury,I predict game 7,I think Pittsburgh will come harder next game.Oh ya the movie SlapShot called it wants its referees back   There was some very questionable calls against Detroit in the OT's eh

Same old shit, I suppose. I had a feeling(and it wasn't from the first 6 of the 8 big Blues I drank) when she got down to the final minute of the gamer that somehow Detroit would give up its famous "late goal". Christ, I didn't get out of the Joe til after 1am.

As far as the officiating goes, well, when the game was a game(kk, you'll know what I mean by this), the whistles would get lost and never found again as soon as OT started. The only call that would have been made was the Hudler high stick. Incedentally, I was givin him some serious shit for the few seconds he was sitting in the box. I wasn't drunk enough, well maybe too drunk, to climb up the glass and pour my last big one on his head.
As for the rest of the game, Fluery was standing on his head in the extra periods. A good game for sure, but really, with the way the Wings were shooting the puck, the score should've been 7-2 going into the 3rd.

7 games, well, I'm not gonna be able to go to game 7(if necessary) due to prior commitments. I'll have 4 on craigslist they lose tommorow.

I was lookin for the hippie behind the penalty box but the camera always seems to avoid the fans in that area,Shit I got stuck at work for a medevac, never even saw the whole game, got home around 9 and they were a few minutes into the 1st OT,caught highlights of the actual game in the ot intermissions,Pittsburgh is very lucky to be playing a game 6,with Detroit's offence firing the way they are Fluery better play an even better game in game 6 if pittsburgh is to stand a chance,Cleary came so close to ending it on that rush when the d man pinched and kennedy got beat to the outside, you know when they made that bs goalie interference call,If he had of put it just a few inches higher he would of cleared fleurys pad and picked top shelf, must be exciting to watch live,I saw a regular season game once in edmonton vs calgary "The Battle of Alberta",It was a blast and I know what you mean, those big ass cups of beer go down fast and hit hard when your all pumped up watching the game
