Marzocchi Shiver forks

I just recently put these on my A/F and they are sweet! The Showas that were on the bike were valved for mx and were pretty stiff for high speed rough terrain riding. These are nice and forgiving and mean less fatigue and less swapping of the front end. In Glamis the Showas made the bike feel stiff and the bars fought me over every bump, these should do better.

Mikes are like 3G's for a set, mine are prolly 1500 new from a dealer but they can be found used for cheap. Mine are new but I don't know what they cost, they came with my A/F.

I always stayed away fron them because in the mid nineties thae made a 50 mm conventional that was supposed not be that good for KTM ,it blew fork seals left and right.

Dwayne the stud Jones told me the tolerences varied from set to set and you never new what you were buying but this was around 8 years ago. He told me the Showa stuff was alot better quality and the Marzochs liked to contaminate the oil real bad.

Maybe they improved in the 13 years since? They are stock on Husqvarnas and work well. Might be difficult to justify springing for a set to replace OEM Showas v getting a complete re-build/upgrade from - say - Factory Connection...

you do realize its DeWayne, not Dwayne, right?
He decides he doesn't like something and sticks by his opinion. I'm sure there has been improvement in all those years...
You should hear the shit he says about KTMs!!

Kick Twenty Minutes? Only when you drop a running one in the flowing river at dumont. Fuker started though, then rode it back to the trailer. Dam things still running good, even better with the 6 speed conversion.
