so...they are there and I have a feeling that hoofarted's friend chris is gonna blow up the yz250 motor I just rebuilt for him

they didn't want to believe me that they NEED to rejet!
Hoofarted couldn't get his bike started and said it was bogging everywhere when it finally did start, so I gave him some pointers, hopefully he doesn't blow up the 500, its at the 91mm bore

Anyway, I couldn't make it, but he promised some good pics!

Yeah so I am back - weather was good! Riding was good! I did rejet the 500 - up to a 60 pilot and 178 main. Helped alot!! I ate shit really bad at a base of some odd dune pinned in third. Over the bars, face into the sand. Felt like I got hit by a truck...soft sand, my ass!

The place is really small but still found lots to do. Caught the big car show in town when I was there also. Think I broke the tranny in the Excursion (ugh) - makes a squeaking noise when u get on the gas in 2WD.

Got stuck a few times. When I wasnt stuck, I was pulling people out!

Make sure you have these before going:

Tow-Straps
4WD Reccommended
Air-down your tires to 15-20lbs
Plywood to block the wind from underneath your trailer
Shovels!!

Oh and one other thing - lock up your gas cans!! Some asshole(s) stole my (2) cans full of mixed gas and the cans belonging to one of the other guys in our camp.

So I know it aint much, but its still a vid of me an two friends tooling around. This was after I wrecked pretty bad, so I was taking it real easy....
