hey guys i was cleaning my carb the other day just to help the bike cold start a little easier i think i succeeded with that because it started on the first kick but now it wont idle w/o the choke on i set the idle mixture screw to 1-1/2 and the idle speed screw to 6 out (what the manual calls for) i opened the carb again to look at the pilot jet and it looks clean (i can see through it) im baffled at this could it be something with the choke assembly or the choke circut in the carb? thanks for the help

open the choke all the way, those things crank out a ton of turns, if you can open it all the way and it still wont idle then you have air/fuel issues and well go from there, also make sure you got the boot back on all the way ( DOH ive done it before).
