The story is that when Max sued Martin Brundle of the Times - a respected ex F1 driver turned journo - for accusing the FIA of a witch hunt after McLaren last year (which it was), coincidentially a sister paper the News of the Screws (World) just happened to come up with video of Max's bedroom antics.
Now Max (and Bernie Ecclestone) are ultimately corrupt and have been ripping off the F1 business for years while the "sport" has been run into the ground. However, I couldn't care less about what he does in private. I think it is only 50/50 whether he will lose his role as head of the FIA.
