Looks ok to me, a little spooged out condition wise for a blingy profiler rig though. Some beaner would fresh it out and pull on the high school hunnies no problemo. At least the functionality of the bed is intact. I will never understand why people buy a "truck" then make it into a glorified sedan by putting a carpet in the bed and a fiberglass tonneau cover over it redering it useless for hauling crud to the dump. Just buy a fricken Impala or Corvette or something if all you want is a cruiser. Cracks me up how my buddy has a perfectly good truck, but needs to rent a trailer when it's time to buy some building materials from Home Depot.
