Anyone have the cylinder and head torque specs handy, I =m still waiting on my shop manual to arrive.

20 ft/lbs on the head, 29 ft/lbs on the base of the cyl.

Ok I should say as tight as you can get it WITH A STANDARD LENGTH WRENCH
