Need some bike help please

OK, the bike starts on the second kick after a few girly kicks to prime it. It idles fine so I let it warm up real good
and as it reaches temp the idle starts to surge and then the bike dies and won't re-start. I let it cool off, start it up and again
the same thing happens. I let it cool again and start it once more and this time I take it down the street. Two passes up
and down the block and again it dies. After it cools again, the same shit happens, over and over !!!!!! WTF ?? The air filter is
freshly cleaned, fuel is flowing, tried new spark plugs, took carb off and thoroughly cleaned it, no clogged jets, hoses, nothing.
I've tried re-jetting the main, the needle and the pilot and same thing happens. I also tried two different pre-mixes......Maxima
927 and Mobil 1 MX-2T both mixed @ 32:1. Same thing happens with both fuels. Each time my bikes fuel tank was drained
and cleaned out and both fuels came from different fuel jugs so there was no mixing of the two.

Carb is a stock PJ
pilot 52
main 165
needle 4th clip
air screw 2 1/2 out
80 degree temps at 3800 ft.

When riding it down the block the bike is crisp, no lack of power, no hiccups, no bogging anywhere in the powerband, etc. ,
but as soon as it gets hot it dies and won't start again until it cools. Why is this happening as the bike is reaching its upper range temperatures ???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sometimes when a magneto goes bad it will do this kind of stuff.

the airscrew should be at 1 1/2 turns, not 2 1/2 and I think 55 pilot was stock. you are running a very lean pilot circuit. try turning the airscrew in 1 1/2 turns so its at 1 turn and see if you still have the problem.

x2 sometimes when stator coils and cdi units go out they will work fine cold, and fine warm at high rpms, but then die hot at low rpms. Thats what happened when my stator coil failed. check the ohm ratings on all of your coils.

Quite typical of bad electrics...

I tried using a bigger pilot, as well as different air screw settings, main jets, etc. Same thing happens with each change. I guess I'll check the electrics next.

Thats going nothing to do with it... if it runs at all, it should keep running.

Ya it's your stator windings, that what they do when they are going away. Put in a Ricky $39 and you should be OK

Yep had that happen on a 83 ATC 185S. Everythime I'd get to the end of the block it would die. By the time I'd get it back put a new plug in cause the other would be fouled from trying to restart.
