Thought these folks deserved a positive rep. I have three of their stands and one of the lift-up versions broke; a weld on the foot lever gave way. The stand is several years old, but never lifted anything silly. Called 'em up and without any question they sent a replacement part in about a week; free of charge, shipping too.
