host them at a pic hosting site, then click the IMG button, then instert link to pic, then hit img button again.

Yeah go to a site like tinypic.com or imagevenue.com and upload photos from your PC. When uploading is complete, you'll be presented with HTML code for hosting on forums. Use that code on your post.
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...
