whats up with this bikes tail section?

doesnt it look like the whole tail section is angled up a bit? ive seen hillclimb bikes like that but most had custom plastics or subframes?

I'm thinking he grabbed too much throttle and not quick enough with the rear brake.

Either that or he put a newer rear fender on it.

Yep. The subframe's on the new bikes is flatter.
