I ordered kit # CFN-1400 and for a fuel pump used part # CFN-1403, I used a pingle switch as an arm/kill setup, got a 4-LBS battery from NAPA along with a 30amp bosch style relay (the kit only had one relay). I ended up buying some 12guage wire, some connectors and some heat shrink, slomas provided the WOT throttle switch (dont know the part #)

The wet kit I got from them had everything needed for a basic install and everything seems like quality stuff, the instructions on the website are a bit vague but they are meant to cover install on any bike quad or snowmobile.

All in all I guess im in the setup about $700, so for the same price as a pipe and carb you are gonna get tons more power.

The system has worked flawless from the first hit, Ive now run 7lbs through it with no issues. No pinging no overheating no nothing, the clutch gets hot and wont release after a few runs tho.

Bang for buck wise this is the best mod period for a drag bike, and unlike converting to alcohol the bike is still very trail happy, all you have to do is open the valve and arm the system and WOOOHOOOOO its off!

The way I figure it the GSS motor should be around 70-75 horse, with the 25 shot should be damn close to the magic 100 horse number (even though tox sais nitrous is cheating  ) Without a swingarm extension it DEFINATLY gives you a rush

I wanna say thanks to Alisobob for the solenoid bracket, Slomas for the switch and cold fusion recomendation, Pstoffers for answering all my stupid questions and MFDB for beating me all the time and making me want more

I am 100% happy with this mod and would recommend it to anyone.

Another bonus is the look on people faces when they see the bottle strapped on the forks

Bob rode it a couple of times so he can give an unbiased opinion :D

I rode it up Comp Hill a few times. The first run I clicked it into 5th as soon as I could, almost chugging it....

Brits throttle is set to activate the system at 99% throttle.

I weigh ( geared up) about 320#, and my asshole was practicly on the gas cap.

Everytime I modulated it from 98% to 99% your could hear the motor pitch change, and feel the front tire coming up as the tire was 100% hooked up. The amount of torque the motor has in un-real.

On other runs, I rode it more agressivly..... scary shit.

:headbang:

On one run I was on my bike, and were were going to hit in on "3". I dumped the clutch on "1" and took off. Brit came around me like I was tied to Jays huge trailer while I was in 4th, Brit was in 5th.

Most incredibly, we squeezed the crap out of that thing... all day... it never seemed to mind...

VERY reliable.

Good Job Chris!!

Traction is definatly an issue, you can really feel it pull HARD when its hooked up.

I ran banshee twice with it spinning its balls off in 4th and 5th sliding from side to side up most of the hill

When I get some decent checks and get caught up with the cards im gonna swap out the 10 blade hooker for a 14 blade viper.

Not that I'm going to attempt this anytime soon, but about how much WOT time will the 2# bottle give you, with the 25 hp jets in it?

I dont know how much time exactly, the last time I got it filled I got 3lb in there and it lasted for at least 10 full runs up comp and banshee.

Q: How long will the bottle last?

Approximately 10bhp per lb per min.

So a 2.25 lb bottle on a bike will give just less than a minute with a 25BHP increase. Thats a LONG time when it goes from zero to 150mph in ten seconds!

Taken from a great website I found with a TON of info on nitrous....

That's not bad at all. 1.5-2 minutes with a slightly overfilled bottle sounds like more than enough for a day's worth of fun out at the dunes.

Be sure to check your throttle switch too.. I know MFDB had just a few skidmarks in his pants after the throttle switch stuck open.. He closed the throttle and was STILL doing wheelies on straight NOS.
