Always nice to have 10 inches of it on the lake by new years. Just did a few laps so not to piss the neighbors off, but it was a total blast. Unfortunately, I gotta go to Chicago this weekend for the Wings/Hawks game on sunday, so I won't be able to get out and play again til next week.
Loads of fun, the traction is incredible. A little cold, though.
I highly recommend it!

Lucky Bastard!!
We have abouit 4" at the moment, it is freezing fast but we have 40 degree weather forecast for the weekend - it will be like racing in a paddling pool!!
I think I'm going to head to Jay Skidmores place in NY State - Guaranteed to be 15 degrees colder than here!

I'd love to see any of them up in the banner.

LOL. Sometimes the rear swaps around and you can save it with a little more countersteer and backing off the throttle...other times you're face down in the snow. At least it's relatively soft.

Blusmbl wrote:Did you stud your tires yourself? I was out on walled lake today with my buddy who's got an '87 500, we rode it around for a couple hours after plowing a small course with a 4 wheeler. There was still too much snow on the ground, it wouldn't even hook up in 4th.
My buddy in the red, and I'm the fat kid in the jeans and a leather coat. I'll have studded tires on mine next year, without a doubt.
Yeah, all it takes is a Dewalt and 1000+ Kold Kutters, a 12 pk and a sackfull of my indoor premium
