OK boys, here are the finished clutch covers. Two of the "CR500 1/2 LITER THUMPER EATER" covers are going straight to Jay Lewis, and one of the blanks is going TTM Mike. So, that means there are two of the ones like Jay's, two that read "BANNED CR500 RIDERS" and one blank that could be customized by me (at your expense) or you that are up for grabs.

Remember, clutch side is $150 plus shipping.

I hope you guys like them!

FYI: i am hoping you guys here on the site will grab the BANNED ones...and if need be, I will sell the others elsewhere.

Just like the Gen 1 kits, your not going to have any problem selling those. I'd make another set.

my biggest problem is I can't buy just 1, that would be lame, the clutch and stator side need to match... the of coarse my 2 bikes would have to match, with means antoher set... Hopefully there are 2 sets availabe when I sell my gen-1.
so, it is settled, when I sell my gen-1 its 2 cover sets and a TIG welder!

What do have left? I'd like a set of both ignition and clutch - prefer the Banned CR500 Riders, but not that picky. I just want to replace the SH covers I have. Send me a PM or email to jbird710@yahoo.com with total price and how you want to be paid.

Thanks,

Jay

I have one clutch cover left and several ignition covers left. I may also have one blank clutch cover which can be machined to either style, or at your cost, perhaps fully customized to your specification.

Well, time for a holiday special:

I have six IGNITION covers left, and they need to find good homes. That said, I'll take $125 plus shipping (approx. $12) for each. When they are gone, they are gone. FYI: if you are paying with PayPal, please add 2% to the total.

Also, Bobby...you still want yours, better let me know. Also also, Mike, if you want that blank cover shoot me $125 ASAP and it's yours.

I want all this stuff gone fellas, so please help me out here! FYI to all: I still have about six gen. one kits and tons of engine mounts (pairs) available. I have a final run of 10 gen three headstays in the works, but my machinist has been very busy of late. They are coming though.

one set of each style BANNED or 1/2 LITER clutch side...the blank one I had is long gone. Bear in mind that each set has the same 1/2 LITER style ignition cover....we only did one script setup on that cover. I think I have six ignition covers left. I am letting those go for $125 each now while supplies last.

Do you have any blank cover sets left.
If not how many orders of blanks would you need to do a run of them.

Is anyone planning to ever make these again?
if not I have a friend with a CNC, training the new operator, and he will make them for us on the cheap,
all I need is the CNC program if anyone is willing to divulge?
