you know it might.....lets say this happened here in Kali.

Not only is the driver in peril for prosecution, so is the promotor

PC§ 192. Voluntary Manslaughter
Manslaughter is the unlawful killing of a human being without malice. It is of three kinds:
(a) Voluntary-upon a sudden quarrel or heat of passion.
(b) Involuntary-in the commission of an unlawful act, not amounting to felony; or in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death, in an unlawful manner, or without due caution and circumspection. This subdivision shall not apply to acts committed in the driving of a vehicle.
(c) Vehicular-
(1) Except as provided in Section 191.5, driving a vehicle in the commission of an unlawful act, not amounting to felony, and with gross negligence; or driving a vehicle in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death, in an unlawful manner, and with gross negligence.
(2) Except as provided in paragraph (3), driving a vehicle in the commission of an unlawful act, not amounting to felony, but without gross negligence; or driving a vehicle in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death, in an unlawful manner, but without gross negligence.

The promotor would be considered to be acting in concert and that makes him eligible for 182 PC or conspriacy, or 32 PC accesory and that opens the door to manslauaghter for him.

In NYC they hammered the crap out of some club owners whent hey burned down killing some of the crowd using the same types of codes.

It's sad...... I know the driver didnt want this as the outcome of his stunt...

It is tragic but I am surprised that it doesn't happen more often. Ever go to a SCORE race in baja and watch the people line up next to the race course. These are typical from Zoo Road

It has happened before and it is just a matter of time before the next big disaster.
