2 wheels, 1 radiator

heres a pic. rad is good. front rim has some scratches from previous owner taking tire of with tire irons (fucking idiot!) and slight dent where rock may have hit, not really to noticable. back wheel is pretty good, tire is ok, tube is flat but unsure why, i havent tried to pump it up to find the cause, maybe a nail or thorn im really not sure. i measured both rotors under wear limit

is the rear a 19" or 18"?
