Man I can't believe that was last friday in a place I've been to.
One thing I found out while in the air, a small blip of the throttle and the rear drops a ton. It sure ain't like the 250.

Igg I agree with you on the jumping part. I have raised the front end a few times while jumping at Cauhilla or Perris. But I only do it if I ride a smaller bike the same day. But jumping a CR500 314feet didn't evil kinevel jump on a CR500 at one time?

He made it look so easy. I can see 350 feet being done at any time now. Now 400 feet, hmm, hard to say if that will be done.

Actually they said the Guiness world record still stands. I think the Guiness officials need to be there to record the jump for it to be considered the Guiness world record.

Theres another big jump going on at the end of this month, for 300+ft. Going to be televised live. Also, someone will try to backflip a trophy truck. Somebody may have posted this already.

I can see that trophy truck flip ending badly.

Thats what roll cages and 5 point harnesses are for, I would try a flip in a truck like that wayyyyy before I would ever consider it on a bike.

On a bike you do it into a foam pit 1st. That has to be alot less painfull.

Knowing my luck I'd miss the pit......

that is where the problem lies. You don't want to over shoot and lawn dart it.

That dude almost pulled off a forward flip. All he needed was maybe 20 more feet of falling space and the bike woulda landed on the wheels.
