New to Site. Asking for advice.

Greetings,
My first post and I need some advice from y'all.
I have inherited a 1988 CR500 from my brother. I am the admin of the estate and need to sell a set of motorcycles:
1. 88' Honda CR500
2. 82' Maico 490 Spider
3. 78' Honda XR 250
4. 75' Honda TL 125
The truth is I'd love to keep and restore them myself - especially the Maico and the TL but, I'm short on time and I don't have the space to keep them. So, first to sell is the CR. My questions what is reasonable asking price?
The bike kicks over with compression and seems to have everything complete.
The colors on the tank and side panels is pretty clean because it sitting under a tarp in a garage for the last ~25 years.
The tires are cracked and the front one doesn't even hold air now. The gas tank is clean on the inside and was probably drained before winter storage.
Attached are a a couple of images.
I intend to start on Craigslist and try to sell locally (I'm in the Denver CO. area). If I stike out there then Cycletrader, Bring a trailer and eBay.
